The Gus Ruckle Memorial Fund
Established by friends and family in 2005, the Gus Ruckle Memorial Fund (known affectionately in these parts as the Gus Fund) was orginally established as a scholarship for undergraduate students at Gus's alma mater, the College of Santa Fe. When the school was reorganized in 2009, the fund was moved to The Philadelphia Foundation.
Through our partnership with The Philadelphia Foundation, the fund now supports organizations in Philadelphia whose work advances some of the causes dearest to Gus's heart: education, the arts and his hometown.
